Wacky and memorable side characters (bears in tuxedos, little alien men!)
A protagonist you can root for, and an ending with a twist
This book is a simple story, but it's a simple story to be enjoyed. I love this book and more importantly I think the 10 year old me would have loved it, and I'm confident that you will too.
